Devil-Ray Body Mold Process

Much goes into the design and development on exterior body panels. On the Devil-Ray, Antonio has spent 1000's of hours refining the exterior body. Using a CNC router he's able to cut foam to form the body. Next there's hours of sanding to get it smooth, then we start laying the fiberglass on the finished mold. This is just for the prototype phase not including Carbon Fiber Body option we plan on having in the near future.

So far we have 11 preorders of the Devil-Ray. We're excited to get this project complete and out on the road not only for us but for our customers as well. Spring/Summer 2023 will have many Devil-Rays on the road. We look forward hitting the track and putting this chassis through its paces.
